Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse and are delivered within 7-10 working days from the order date. If the item is not available, we will promptly notify you. Items ordered together are not always shipped together, or depending upon availability, on the same date. Please allow extra delivery time for backordered items. Backordered items will be shipped automatically at no extra cost to you. Shipping rates are determined on the total product value of your order. $4.99 will be added for each additional shipping address.

We'll deliver most items within 3-4 business days from receipt of your order to any UPS shippable address within the 48 contiguous states. $7.99 will be added to regular shipping and handling charges for optional Upgraded Shipping. Additional shipping surcharges apply to Bulb Garden of the Month Club and Fresh Greenery.

Each fresh flowering gift notated with "SHIPS EXPRESS & FRESH" is delivered with upgraded shipping directly from our growers greenhouses at no additional charge to you. This ensures your plants will arrive in prime condition and be ready for immediate enjoyment. Just pay the standard delivery expense.

Free shipping offer valid for Standard Shipping. Fees for Upgraded Delivery, multiple addresses and additional shipping surcharges for oversized items still apply.

Sorry, we cannot ship products to Hawaii Alaska, APO/FPO or outside the contiguous United States.
